- Coordinate guest requests in close cooperation with all hotel departments
- Support and manage the guest hotline Housekeeping via our digital order system
- Coordinate room inventory and room status
- Coordinate and monitor all maintenance concerns of housekeeping
- Assist with uniform management and lingerie cost control
- Support in administrative quality management
- Duty planning
