Shape how Ricola is perceived as an employer. Ricola stands for naturalness, quality, entrepreneurship with Swiss roots. This exact feeling should also be tangible when people get to know Ricola as an employer. In this role, you combine strategy, storytelling, and implementation and ensure that our employer brand appears as authentic as our herbal candies. You develop structures, provide orientation, and bring fresh ideas so that talents understand what makes Ricola special and why it is worth becoming part of it:
- You develop contemporary concepts for employer branding, recruiting, and onboarding aligned with our HR roadmap and Ricola’s self-image
- You sharpen and further develop our Employer Value Proposition and translate it into clear, credible messages
- You are responsible for operational recruitments and professionally accompany candidates throughout the entire process
- You design HR communication and marketing, from career pages to job advertisements to LinkedIn content, always in harmony with Ricola’s brand, tone, and culture
- You conceive and conduct structured onboarding experiences and ensure a strong start
- You analyze key figures in recruiting and onboarding and derive effective measures
- You further expand our talent acquisition activities, monitor labor market trends, and bring in new impulses, especially in the areas of digitalization and candidate experience
- For a defined business area, you also take on the role of HR Business Partner and support managers with key HR topics – thus gaining first-hand insight into the strengths and opportunities that shape Ricola in everyday work
- You lead the Competence Center Attraction & Recruiting with a specialist and continuously develop it
Together we are stronger and more diverse.
- University degree, ideally in work or business psychology or business administration with HR further education
- Experience in employer branding as well as at least three years of operational recruitment experience
- Enjoyment in developing concepts and bringing them to life together with others
- Sensitivity for language, impact, and modern HR communication
- Experience in an international environment and collaboration between headquarters and locations
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Structured, entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution skills
