For a new practice company in Schaffhausen, we are looking for experienced personalities (m/f/d) in the field of professional reintegration starting April 1, 2026 as:
Commercial Specialist and Coach (80%)
Available positions
- Specialist for the Marketing Department
- Specialist for the Purchasing Department
- Specialist for the Accounting Department
Your tasks
- Assisting in the establishment of the new practice company
- Guiding and supporting participants in the professional area in the practical operation according to commercial rules
- Observing participants and preparing reports for the referring agencies
- Case management responsibility for participants
- Coaching participants in creating and improving their application documents
- Independently leading and accompanying participants in the application process
- Feedback and exchange with the referring agencies about participants
Your profile
- Advanced commercial vocational training (e.g., federal specialist certificate) and several years of professional experience
- EduQua-qualified coaching training (e.g., corporate mentor with federal FA) and SVEB 1 or willingness to train
- In-depth knowledge of the labor market, application process, and creation of professional application documents
- Case management, quality management, and contacts to the regional labor market are an advantage
- High social competence: appreciative interaction with people from different social and cultural backgrounds, empathy, good observation skills
- Personal resources: resilience, stress tolerance, creativity, commitment, accuracy, patience, reliability/dependability, punctuality, discretion, and high data protection awareness
- Warmth and appropriate humor
- Ability to address sensitive topics appreciatively and to act confidently in the tension between resource-oriented attitude and labor market requirements
- Very good digital skills (MS Office, Teams, Abacus), proficient use of AI technologies, and very good LinkedIn knowledge
- Strategic, analytical, and networked thinking as well as willingness for cross-departmental collaboration and mutual support
- Marketing (if assigned to this department): proficient use of Adobe programs (PDF, Creative Cloud, InDesign), social media marketing (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), development and implementation of marketing strategies and concepts, creation of product catalogs, newsletters, and promotional flyers, campaign management as well as evaluation and optimization of measures
- Purchasing (if assigned to this department): experience with Abacus ERP (order management/warehouse) is an advantage, tendering and negotiations with suppliers, needs analyses, planning and optimization of purchasing processes, procurement, budget planning as well as evaluations using key figures and statistics
- Accounting (if assigned to this department): experience with Abacus ERP financial modules is an advantage, bookkeeping and annual financial statements (including SWISS GAAP), cost and performance accounting, payment transactions, dunning procedures as well as a strong affinity for numbers and business management evaluations
