In this role, you will lead the Retirement and Financial Planning department and strategically develop our service offerings. You will create tailored financial plans for our private clients and support our customer advisors with expertise in all retirement-related questions. Additionally, you will actively represent our retirement know-how to existing and potential clients – for example, in consultations and internal and external professional events.
We expect:
- Qualification as a financial planner with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification, complemented by several years of experience in financial planning
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to optimize processes in the interest of our clients
- Strong communicator, persuasive personality with a confident demeanor
- Enjoyment in motivating employees and actively supporting changes
