The name is a tribute to the Engelberg tourism pioneer Eugen Hess-Waser. "Atelier" stands for creativity, craftsmanship, and quality – values that characterize the new restaurant. Culinary guests can expect a modern interpretation of alpine cuisine – seasonal, regional, and imaginative. The "Atelier Hess" combines alpine history with contemporary hospitality at 1800 meters.

Your tasks
- Preparation and cooking of all dishes
- Mise en place work
- À la carte and banquet service
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
