About the job
What to expect
- You and your team ensure that everything runs reliably throughout our entire logistics facility – from AutoStore to the high-bay warehouse. You will work with one of the most modern intralogistics systems in Europe with extensive technology.
- You lead a team of 4 maintenance mechanics and ensure clear planning, priorities, and strong team spirit.
- You ensure the reliable operation of the entire logistics system – from conveyor technology through AutoStore to the high-bay warehouse.
- You plan and coordinate maintenance and repairs, internally within the team or externally with machine manufacturers.
- You analyze technical malfunctions, find sustainable solutions, and also pitch in with repairs yourself.
- You develop preventive and predictive maintenance concepts (Predictive Maintenance), optimize processes, and are responsible for the spare parts warehouse.
- You work in daily operations without shifts and without on-call duty and have a lot of creative freedom.
What you bring
- You have a technical EFZ education (e.g., as an automation technician, polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or automotive mechanic) and ideally have completed further training as a maintenance specialist or maintenance manager.
- You bring several years of experience in the maintenance of technical systems and have knowledge of modern maintenance approaches such as Predictive Maintenance.
- You already have leadership experience or are ready to take responsibility for a team.
- You have strong technical understanding and approach problems in a structured way.
- You are physically fit and not afraid of heights, as working in the high-bay warehouse is part of the job.
- You have very good German skills and communicate clearly with the team and technical partners.
- You have an impeccable reputation.
