The Team Leader Logistics - Semiconductors is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all logistical activities within the company.

Strategic planning and implementation: Development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
Warehouse management: Monitoring and managing inventory, ensuring efficient warehouse organization, and conducting regular inventories
Production supply: Ensuring timely and efficient production supply
Staff leadership: Leading and training the logistics team, creating work schedules and assigning tasks, promoting a safe and productive work environment
Quality control: Implementing and monitoring quality control measures, handling complaints and returns, ensuring compliance with quality standards
What you bring with you
Education and qualifications: Completed studies in logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable further education
Professional experience: Several years of experience in a leadership position in logistics management
Expertise: Profound knowledge of SAP, especially SAP EWM, as well as knowledge of relevant export control regulations
Language skills: Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
Leadership skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to lead and motivate a team
Analytical skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to analyze and improve processes
Communication skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
