You have basic training as a pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, medical supply sales assistant, or retail specialist, or you have gained several years of experience in the field as a career changer. You really enjoy working at the reception and daily contact with our customers, but you also feel at home in the back office. Knowledge and affinity for IT applications are a prerequisite. We also wish for an employee with a certain flair for store design/maintenance.
Your area of responsibility
In this varied position, you move between customer reception, telephone, back office, and sales. You mainly serve our customers in German as well as in English. Order processing and various back office tasks complete your workday. Of course, you will be thoroughly trained in this area. Your working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
