Head of Activation Therapy

Your tasks
- Training of specialists for everyday design and activation, including LeA
- Responsibility for activation therapy as well as activating everyday design
- Independent planning, organization, and implementation of a diverse activation program
- Further development of the offer
- Creation of the weekly program as well as the annual event plan
- Organization and implementation responsibility for events and excursions
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified activation specialist HF
- Several years of experience in the geriatric field, including expertise in dementia
- Joy, motivation, and enthusiasm for working with residents of a rural elderly and nursing home
- High independence, sense of responsibility, and a respectful and empathetic approach to residents
- Strong organizational skills and good knowledge of MS Office
