Responsible Operational Maintenance 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Assuming the technical and personnel management of an employee in the operational maintenance team
- Ensuring and adhering to safety regulations and processes
- Organizing and conducting regular safety inspections
- Monitoring safety systems such as fire alarm, heating, and monitoring systems
- Carrying out repairs
- Resolving malfunctions in the systems
- Responsible for services to internal customers (residents/staff)
- Organizing waste management
- Building maintenance including inspections/handover of rooms/apartments
- Ensuring the management and maintenance of the CAFM tool for monitoring and maintaining the systems and assets
- Monitoring construction projects, renovations, and repairs in the operation
- Coordinating and monitoring orders to third-party companies
- Organizing and conducting training for staff in the areas of
- Occupational safety and fire protection
- Responsible for SIBE/fire protection
- Participating in on-call services
- Maintaining the environment on a small scale, occasional exchange with the external service provider

What You Bring
- Completed basic training EFZ in the technical field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitation, electrical (HVAC), caretaker, specialist in operational maintenance or comparable
- Completed training and further education in occupational safety and health protection (SiBe EKAS) as well as fire protection (SiBe-fire protection) or willingness to obtain this
- In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards to ensure that technical work is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and safety standards
- Several years of professional experience in operational maintenance or a similar function
- Knowledge in using Office and CAFM tools (ICFM Campos)
- Driving license category B (on-call services)
- You are hands-on and drive projects and tasks forward together with your employee
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary collaboration with external service providers
- You are diplomatic, discreet, and have a good sense for older people
- You have a good command of the German language in both spoken and written form.
