Deputy Team Leader Logistics (100%)

Your Tasks

• Together with the team and team management, you ensure smooth and high-quality logistics – from storage in the automatic high-bay warehouse to production supply according to GMP regulations.
• You support the team management in administrative tasks (approx. 30%) and take responsibility in operational daily business (approx. 70%).
• You coordinate interfaces between production, team, and team management and ensure clear communication.
• You perform demanding logistical activities in the pharmaceutical environment according to GMP guidelines.
• You create key figures, reports, and concepts, further develop them, and contribute your own ideas for optimizing intralogistics.
• You actively support projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• You lead the team operationally and take responsibility in daily operations.
   

Your Profile

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ as well as solid further education (e.g., logistics specialist / business economist) – this is a must.
• Several years of experience in logistics, ideally in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical/food). Initial contact with GxP is a plus.
• Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) as well as warehouse management systems (e.g., LaSoft).
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills at level A2–B1.
• Very precise, extremely reliable, and highly quality-conscious work.
• A true leader personality: You enjoy operational leadership, pitch in, and share the vision to continuously optimize our in-house logistics.
• Holder of the SUVA forklift license.
