What you will move with us
- Your tasks include the correct triage of patient admissions as well as our arriving guests, including accompanying them to the ward.
- You assist in managing the reception and telephone switchboard and provide information.
- You prepare daily and monthly reports.
- You handle the admission formalities of our patient entries and are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests in the guest rooms.
You inspire us…
- With your training in the commercial field or in gastronomy/hospitality combined with solid experience.
- As a team-oriented, efficient personality, you can independently and structurally manage the reception with your colleagues.
- With your very good German skills. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Through your flexible mobility due to different working hours, which start as early as 7:00 a.m. or end at 8:00 p.m.
- Because you are proficient in handling common MS Office programs.
