CNC Setter-Programmer (M/F)

About the job

Your missions

• Develop programs from plans by choosing appropriate machining methods and respecting productivity and quality standards
• Ensure the updating of programs and the overall improvement of machining processes

Technical analysis:

• Study of technical feasibility from 2D/3D plans
• Definition of the machining range and manufacturing methods
• Selection of cutting tools and cutting parameters (Vc, Fz, etc.)

Production setup:

• Configuration and adjustment of CNC machines (Type RECOMATIC, etc.)
• Testing and fine-tuning of the first part
• Writing adjustment sheets and instructions for operators.
• Optimization of existing programs
• Support for production staff training

Programming and simulation:

• Programming on CAM software (Alphacam, DESIGNER) or in ISO language
• Simulation of tool paths to avoid collisions and optimize cycle times
• Creation and editing of programs

Your profile

• Confirmed experience in CNC programming
• Confirmed experience on Recomatic machines of type CT500 and CT501
• Good command of ISO languages and CAM software
• In-depth knowledge of mechanics, geometry, and tolerancing
• Strong ability to solve technical problems and optimize production.
• Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.
