• Further development and operation of our company-wide data platform based on Azure Analytics Services (including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake)
• Co-design of batch and real-time data pipelines and data models to ensure the correct provision and availability of data
• Development of analysis and reporting solutions such as dashboards and KPIs (Power BI)
• Collaboration with various stakeholders to capture their requirements and implement them in the form of secure and value-adding data solutions
• Active co-design of our data architecture and best practices in the field of data engineering

• Completed studies in data science, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education/training
• Knowledge of modern data architectures such as data lakes, lakehouses, and distributed processing concepts
• Very good understanding of databases, SQL, and data modeling
• Solid experience in object-oriented programming, ideally Python
• Knowledge of Databricks is an advantage
• Initial experience with MLOps is an advantage
• Experience in Power BI is an advantage
• Structured working method, high personal responsibility, and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
