Your mission
• welcome patients, provide information and guide them within the hospital
• manage the telephone switchboard
• perform specific administrative tasks necessary for patient admission to the hospital
• respond to internal and external requests to the hospital
• work irregular hours (weekends and public holidays)
Your profile
• basic commercial training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent)
• professional experience in the health insurance and/or hospital sector
• knowledge of functions and terminology related to medical activities is an asset
• mastery of the French or German language with excellent knowledge of the other language
• sense of communication, collaboration, responsibility, comfortable in human relations, able to work independently and in a team
• organizational skills, curious, flexible and stress-resistant
• excellent command of common computer tools (MS Office); Opale and Polypoint an asset

60 % for the reception and patient management of HFR Tafers and HFR Meyriez-Murten
Your tasks:
• You welcome patients, provide them with information and direct them to the right place within the hospital
• You operate the telephone switchboard
• You perform specific administrative tasks related to patient admission
• You respond to internal and external hospital inquiries
• You are open to irregular working hours, weekend and holiday shifts
Your profile:
• Commercial basic training (EFZ as commercial employee or equivalent)
• Professional experience in the hospital and/or health insurance sector
• Knowledge of functions and terminology in the field of medical activities is an advantage
• Fluency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language
• Communication skills, sense of responsibility, interpersonal skills, independent working style and ability to work in a team
• Resilience, organizational skills, interest in people, flexibility
• Excellent command of common office programs (MS Office), knowledge of Opale and Polypoint is an advantage
