Your role

As an internal sales clerk, you are the central contact point for our customers, the specialist trade, and our production. Your main task: smooth order processing – from the first inquiry to successful implementation. You ensure that all processes mesh efficiently and that our customers are always well cared for.

Your tasks

• Order processing: You coordinate the entire ordering process, check orders for feasibility, and ensure timely implementation.
• Material availability: You keep an overview of materials and ensure they are available on time (appliances, merchandise, etc.).
• Complaint management: Challenges such as defects or complaints are seen by you as an opportunity to prove yourself as a problem solver and to make our customers happy.

What you bring with you

• Strong communication skills in German (French is a plus)
• Good knowledge of IT applications such as Office, CRM, ERP, and Winner
