Executive Assistant Immediately for Winter 25/26 and Summer

• Welcoming, attending to, and bidding farewell to our lovable guests
• Performing daily closings as well as accounts receivable management and cash handling
• Processing emails, phone calls, and daily incoming and outgoing mail
• Supporting the refined à la carte and half-board service

WHAT YOU BRING, WHAT WE OFFER

• You have completed training in hospitality or commercial fields and have initial experience at a reception
• You are IT-savvy and ideally already have experience with Aida or similar programs
• You speak flawless German, possibly even Italian or French
• You enjoy working in the hotel sector and like working in a team
• You are willing to work flexibly on weekends and evenings and enjoy your days off during the week
