The W.O.W. Plaza is a unique winter meeting point in the heart of Lenzerheide - a
place to ice skate, meet friends, relax, and experience unforgettable moments.
From December 6, 2025 to March 8, 2026, our pop-up offers an atmospheric winter world:
Under sparkling lights, surrounded by fir trees and cozy seating areas, our
guests enjoy drinks, snacks, and a diverse event program. Become part of our team and help create this special atmosphere. With us, you work in a lively environment, meet people who love winter as much as you do, and create unforgettable experiences for our visitors.

Who we are looking for
You enjoy contact with customers and guests, are a young, cheerful, and courteous
personality, and work customer-oriented. You are not afraid to pitch in as part of a team and in various areas and are used to varied working hours. You can expect a motivated, young-at-heart team that wants to build and successfully shape something new together with you.
We are filling the following positions:
Operations Manager
Cook/Chef
Bar/Service Staff
Runner for the entire plaza (technical know-how is an advantage)
Runner for service (restaurant)
Kiosk and ice skate rental
Dishwashing & cleaning staff
What we offer:
Fair remuneration (hourly wage)
Flexible shifts, job sharing (depending on position)
Young, dynamic team that wants to make a difference
Discounts at Wow Plaza (employee fridge, 50% off consumption during
leisure time)
What we expect
Completed training or experience in a similar activity
Cheerful, attentive, and young personality
Customer-oriented attitude
Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
