Your Activities
As assistant to the head of the biodiversity and green spaces department, the position holder is responsible for the administrative and operational aspects of the development and maintenance of UNIL's green spaces. Responsible for a team of 6 collaborators, this person implements management that allows each individual to carry out activities autonomously and responsibly, while providing the necessary framework to develop their skills.
The position holder supports the head of the department in tasks related to environmental, landscaping, and biodiversity aspects.

Your Profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Higher professional training in landscaping/environment (federal diploma, nature management engineer, or equivalent training).
- Additional training in team management.
- Proven professional experience in horticulture, landscaping, or environmental fields and experience in project management.
- Experience in managing collaborators.
- Organizational and prioritization skills, decisiveness, synthesis, and rigor.
- Strong interest in current and developing practices in landscape, environment, and biodiversity fields.
