SRK Nursing Assistant / Nursing Assistant (PA) or Health and Social Assistant (AGS) 60-100% - Dementia Department
The Rosengarten Laufental Senior Center offers a modern and family-like home to 130 residents. The senior center is located in a quiet area near the "Stedtli" with its urban amenities.

An exciting area of responsibility with opportunities for co-design, progressive employment conditions, and diverse training and further education opportunities await you. The position is to be filled from February 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your tasks
- You take over the basic care and support of the residents in the protected living group
- You accompany and support the residents in their daily activities
- You perform household tasks
- You support our AGS trainees
- You independently manage the electronic care documentation with RAISoft
Your profile
- You have completed training as an SRK nursing assistant, PA, or AGS
- You have already gained professional experience in long-term care, preferably in a dementia department
- Your German language skills are fluent in spoken and written form
- You are a team player and like to take responsibility
- You are a flexible, independent, and communicative personality
