About the job
Your Tasks
- Layout of various communication materials according to CI/CD (basic layout available)
- Layout and organization of financial reporting (financial report, sustainability report, etc.)
- Consulting and support of employees in group companies on marketing and communication questions
- Conceptualization and implementation of marketing measures both online and offline
- Design and production of print materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Filling, maintenance, and participation in migration of websites, landing pages, and intranet
- Coordination of external service providers (agencies, printers, photographers)
- Quality assurance (print data, proofs), cost control, and supplier management
Your Profile
- Training with a graphic or media-technical background such as polygrapher, media technician, or comparable
- Several years of experience in marketing communication and graphics
- Experience in independently handling smaller projects (organization, scheduling, budget, quality)
- Very good German skills, French is a plus
- Solid knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator up to prepress
- Confident handling of MS Office, content management systems, and other digital tools in a Windows environment
- Organizational talent and high initiative
- Service-oriented
- High social competence and enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders
- Team spirit, flexibility, and enjoyment of varied tasks
