Are you ready to contribute to the development of the digital transformation? As the IT service and competence center of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our internal users with a secure basic infrastructure and state-of-the-art applications. Together with you, we advance the digital transformation of the Canton of Graubünden.
As the IT Office, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a system engineer for the operation of Windows applications.
- You are responsible for the operation and second-level support of Windows applications and ensure their availability
- You independently carry out user projects and take on technical responsibility – from planning to application integration
- You analyze complex incidents, support our users in case of changes, and ensure a high quality of service
- Training or professional development in IT as well as experience in the technical operation of applications
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server and the most common automation tools
- Ability to think interdisciplinarily and analytically, as well as a structured and team-oriented working method
- Perseverance and a practical and concrete mentality: you enjoy tackling challenges
- Willingness to occasionally work outside usual working hours
- Good spoken and written German skills
