About the job
For our laundry at our main location Baar-Inwil, we are looking for a personality as of July 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Tasks
- Accompanying, supervising, and enabling clients with intellectual or psychological disabilities in their daily work
- Implementing development planning according to the agogic framework concept
- Professional and agogic support of apprentices in EBA and PrA training
- Ensuring smooth operations in the laundry
- Coordinating and timely execution of orders from internal and external customers
- Co-responsibility for hygiene processes, ergonomics, and material management
- Handling administrative and organizational tasks
Profile
- Training in housekeeping or hotel management EFZ
- Completed training as a work educator or willingness to complete it alongside work
- Experience in caring for and supporting people with disabilities
- Good PC user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
