We are looking for a motivated, curious person ready to develop in a key role within the management of our buildings. As a Facility & Operations Coordinator, you contribute to the smooth operation of our sites, support our users, and assist in coordinating external service providers. This position is ideal for a dynamic person wishing to grow in the field of Facility Management and operational building management.
Your tasks:
- Contribute to the implementation of the real estate strategy and monitor supplier services (quality, deadlines, costs)
- Participate in the planning, monitoring, and coordination of interventions and small projects
- Process and validate maintenance requests/tickets within the assigned scope
- Maintain close contact with users, understand their needs, and support their satisfaction
- Assist in organizing internal relocations, space adjustments, and furniture needs
- Conduct regular rounds in the buildings and follow up on identified actions and improvements
- Update key information (occupancy, observations, needs) and prepare reports
- Participate in small layout or improvement projects in collaboration with service providers and internal teams
Your profile:
- Graduate from higher education in hospitality, real estate management, or facility management
- Initial experience in real estate, facility management, hospitality, management, or a related field
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in an operational role
- Service-oriented, good interpersonal skills, and active listening
- Comfortable with organization, task tracking, and managing multiple topics simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek help
- Excellent command of French (minimum C1 level)
- Good oral and written communication skills in German or English (minimum B2 level) - an asset
