Financial Advisor (m/f/d)

We, Raiffeisenbank Cham-Steinhausen, are a successful and innovative bank, which is among the largest Raiffeisen banks nationwide in Switzerland. At our locations in Cham, Steinhausen, and Mettmenstetten, we employ around 70 staff, including 5 apprentices.

We place great value on holistic and sustainable advice for our customers and are looking to complement our team with a likeable, committed, and reliable personality as a Financial Advisor (m/f/d).

• Care and development of your own customer base
• Comprehensive, needs-based customer advice with a focus on asset management
• Creation of customer-oriented solution proposals covering the entire advisory and service offering, involving internal bank specialists (occupational pension, estate planning, etc.)
• Identifying and exploiting customer potential
• Participation in market development measures and performing representative tasks

• Completed banking training and further education in banking or finance (or currently in training)
• Professional experience in private customer asset management
• Sales- and customer-oriented personality with a high level of service commitment
• Strong communication skills, negotiation confidence
• Team-oriented and entrepreneurial approach
