In this versatile and exciting role, you support and relieve the operational units as a Cleaning Manager (Facility Manager) in a thermal bath.
Your main tasks:
- Professional and personnel management of about 20 employees in cleaning
- Digital deployment planning, time control and recording
- Responsibility for implementing company guidelines in quality assurance, occupational safety, and health protection
- Customer care and complaint handling
- Organization and optimization of cleaning processes as well as material consumption
- Various administrative tasks
- Assistance with cleaning the bath facilities (indoors and outdoors)
Your profile:
- Training and several years of experience in cleaning, gastronomy, or hospitality
- High customer and service orientation
- Flexible and resilient (7-day operation)
- Independent working style, planning and organizational skills, proven leadership experience
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
