We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Residential Area Manager (90-100%), also interested as a vocational trainer for HF students.
Your profile
- Diploma-qualified nurse HF with leadership experience
- Positive attitude towards life and consistent approach in everyday leadership
- Communicative, committed, and reliable personality with high social competence
- Experience in long-term care with appreciative attitude towards elderly, care-dependent persons
- You work resource-oriented and enjoy active teamwork
- Willingness for professional and operational development
- Good IT skills (Office, electronic care documentation, and RAI-NH advantageous)
Your tasks
- Manage, coordinate the service process and holistic leadership of 12 employees
- Active participation in the care team
- Responsible for the care and support of 20 residents including advising relatives
- Care needs assessment of residents according to RAI-NH/RAI-LTCF
- Also interested as a vocational trainer for HF students
