- Install, update, and test Citrix images on Windows Server.
- Troubleshoot user and infrastructure issues in real-time.

- Completed ICT training or equivalent, with strong Citrix system knowledge.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and networking.
- Excellent English skills and project management experience.

Your Tasks
- Installation, operation, and optimization of the hybrid Citrix environment
- Setting up, updating, and testing Citrix images (Windows Server)
- Providing applications on Citrix systems with MCS
- Group and policy management (AD, GPO, Citrix Policies)
- Troubleshooting user and infrastructure issues
- Coordination with external partners during escalations and changes
- Operation, maintenance, and further development of monitoring systems (PRTG)
- Monitoring Citrix and other server systems
- Creation and updating of technical documentation
- Support in operating the virtualized server infrastructure
- Support of the service desk with technical questions and problem solving
- Building and sharing expertise within the team
Requirements
- Training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or equivalent
- Very good knowledge in operating Citrix systems
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Good knowledge in network and security areas
- Good English skills
- Experience in project management
- Quick comprehension, team player, and reliable
- Solution-oriented and independent working style
- Enjoyment in providing services
- Willingness to work flexible hours and at off-hours and weekends by arrangement
- Resilient in challenging situations
