Your tasks - responsible and versatile:
In this exciting role, you take on a central function in the area of safety and health on our campus. Your contribution ensures that employees, students, and guests can move in a safe environment. Your main tasks include:
- Consulting & Support: Raising awareness, training, and compliance with occupational safety, health protection, fire protection, and event safety at Campus Brugg-Windisch
- Technical Support: Supporting the line organization in the further development of ASGS standards, strengthening the safety culture, and implementing ASGS measures
- Safety Concept: Maintenance and further development of a campus-wide concept
- Safety Inspections: Risk assessments at the workplace, in laboratories, and workshops for new equipment, processes, and facilities
- Training: Implementation of training campaigns including documentation and proof of completion
- Project Work: Support from A to Z of the SiBe FHNW in campus- and FHNW-wide projects on ASGS as well as personal protection and property protection topics
- Emergency Organization: Coordination, maintenance, training, and further development of the campus-wide emergency and incident organization
- Incident Management: Support in incident investigations (cause analysis and findings)
Your profile - professionally strong, communicatively convincing:
You bring not only the necessary expertise but also enjoy working with various stakeholders:
- Technical training and completed specialized further education in the safety field (e.g., EKAS safety specialists, ASGS specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience with management systems and implementation of ASGS model solutions
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Good oral and written communication skills in German
