You will focus on Swiss Individual Tax, working in a high-impact team to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the complex needs of our global clients.
How you can make an impact
- You will have the opportunity to take ownership from day one, to be involved in client-facing activities.
- You will be working on global engagements and collaborating with your team to provide services related to individual tax, social security, and advisory projects.
- You will conduct research and prepare advice tailored to each client.
- You will have the opportunity to learn and apply your technical knowledge directly to engaging cases. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and colleagues.
Who we are looking for
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in law, business administration, or a related field, ideally with tax knowledge.
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience providing tax compliance and advisory services to international clients, internationally mobile workers, and/or high net worth individuals. Prior experience at a Big 4 firm, law firm, or a similar organization is required.
- You are curious, bold, and collaborative. You bring a positive, results-oriented attitude and are adept at finding solutions for diverse clients.
- You enjoy challenging the status quo, have an interest in the broader context of your work, and operate independently, efficiently, and with a solution-focused mindset.
- You have strong attention to detail, are proficient in MS Office applications, and possess an aptitude for technology and analytics.
- You communicate confidently in French and English.
