Role description

• Ensure psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up within the framework of family therapy consultations.
• Support families facing crisis situations related to different stages of family life (bereavement, separation, children leaving home, etc.).
• Assist families in supporting a relative affected by a psychiatric disorder or other health difficulties.
• Intervene in problematic family interaction situations to promote the improvement of relational dynamics.
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily with care teams.
• Participate in unit colloquia as well as general thematic colloquia.

Your profile

• Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy, with authorization to practice in the canton of Vaud or meeting the criteria for obtaining it.
• Completed or ongoing training in family therapy
• Interest in working in a multidisciplinary team
• Competence in conducting interviews
• Dynamism, flexibility, and good stress management
• Ability to work independently and also within teams
