Case-Responsible Nursing Specialist HF (60 - 80%)
What you can achieve
- Ensuring high-quality nursing care for our clients at home
- Needs assessment according to interRAI, planning until the completion of the care process as the case-responsible nursing specialist
- Daily responsibility according to the duty roster (including deployment planning)
- Taking over nursing and administrative tasks
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with employees, specialist offices, and doctors
- Project work and taking on additional tasks
What you can look forward to
- A cheerful, helpful team of 23 employees
- Co-determination in monthly planning, fixed days off are possible. We would like to maintain one to a maximum of two weekends per month
