Responsible for Event and Room Management, Deputy Head of Department FS Lindau

We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable event manager at the Lindau location starting June 1, 2026, who is ready to complement our team with their service-oriented personality.

Your tasks

• Central contact person for inquiries, planning, and coordination of all events, meetings, and conferences for internal and external customers
• Control and coordination of room management (training rooms, meeting rooms, event location) for the Lindau site
• Creating and maintaining various statistics and key figures, as well as active participation in projects for digitalization and development of the FS Lindau area
• Managing various communication platforms (homepage, Magic Info)
• Active, occasional participation and assignments at events, including evenings or weekends

Your profile

• Advanced vocational training in facility management, gastronomy/hospitality, or the event industry, as well as initial professional experience in these areas
• Service-oriented, proactive, and independent work is a matter of course for you
• You have a networked way of thinking and an exact working method
• Confident handling of IT tools (MS365 suite) and digital processes
• You have flawless oral and written German skills
