Where you will excel

• Responsibility for the organization and management of the entire sales with a focus on planning, coordination, and implementation of sales targets
• Leading your sales team including setting goals, coaching, and promoting employees
• Developing effective sales strategies as well as exploring new business areas and market potentials 
• Acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and expanding long-term partnerships
• Optimizing sales processes, ensuring uniform quality standards 
• Close cooperation with marketing, technical departments, and management
• Representing Mensch und Maschine at industry events, specialist conferences, and trade fairs

What sets you apart

• Completed training in commercial or technical fields with further education in sales
• Passion for sales and leadership as well as empathy in dealing with people
• Entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation skills
• Several years of experience in B2B sales with successes in acquisition and customer retention, preferably in architecture or construction
• Experience in team leadership as well as strong communication skills
• High self-motivation, determination, and team spirit are among your strengths
• Very good German and English skills as well as confident handling of CRM systems and MS Office
