To complete its team, the nursing management of HFR Riaz is looking for a
Nurse for the day hospital service, day clinic at the Riaz site
Permanent contract - 50%
Your mission:
- Provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the care philosophy of HFR, working all service shifts
- Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
- Evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming at the constant improvement of your interventions
- Supervise, support, and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
- Participate in the development of the service and demonstrate creativity
Your profile:
- Diploma as a general care nurse, HES level, or equivalent training
- Experience in outpatient nursing care
- Experience in a hospital setting, especially in surgery and medicine departments
- Proficiency in French and German languages
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Dynamic, constructive, and creative spirit
- Relational skills and communication sense
- Organizational adaptability and multi-skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Rigor, flexibility, and autonomy
