To strengthen our Digital Transformation & Information Systems Department, within the Workplace Engineering group, we are looking for a Workplace IT Engineer at 100%.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Define appropriate methods, techniques, standards, and tools for the implementation and operation of operating systems and application distribution
- Implement the necessary infrastructure elements to support the user workstation environment
- Participate in level 3 incident management within the team, ensuring effective resolution of complex problems
- Analyze failures and breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues
- Ensure system availability and provide regular monitoring through detailed performance reports
What makes you unique:
- Degree in computer science or another related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in the following technologies:
- Windows 10/11 Enterprise
- Office 365 E5
- Microsoft MEM (Intune) / MECM (SCCM) (OSD, Autopilot, Updates, Software Distribution, parameter application, etc.)
- Microsoft Azure AD (App Proxy, etc.)
- Microsoft Always On VPN, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Printing and GPO
- PowerShell scripting (PSAppDeployToolkit)
- Skills in enterprise telephony and collaboration tools (Teams)
- Experience in mobile device management (MAM for Android, iOS)
- Fluency in French (C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level), German would be an asset
