Qualification Expert (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:
For the exciting project, we are looking for motivated reinforcement for the new creation of equipment qualification. The contractors will be part of a dynamic team that works on innovative tasks at the interface between various production areas, including sterile filling, packaging, antibiotic and solid production. The work environment is characterized by close and cross-functional collaboration.
- Planning and execution of qualification activities for existing production systems and equipment (e.g., sterile filling systems, assembly systems, packaging lines, freeze dryers, clean rooms, cooling rooms, and media)
- Creating and maintaining qualification documentation (plans and reports)
- Analyzing and processing deviations: conducting root cause analyses
- Creating technical impact assessments and developing solution proposals
- Supporting the implementation of new processes and systems as well as continuous process improvements
- Close collaboration with operations, quality assurance, and other interfaces
- Developing, implementing, and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases to verify system performance and compliance
- Actively shaping and promoting collaboration in a dedicated expert team through a proactive, solution-oriented, and reflective working style
Your applicant profile:
- Degree in a natural / engineering science program or relevant professional experience
- Min. 3 years of professional experience and solid experience in the qualification process
- Practical professional experience with qualifications of various types of systems and rooms/media
- Several years of experience in the GMP area with a deep understanding of quality systems and the lean implementation of GMP requirements
- First touchpoints with the topic of data integrity are desirable
- Very good English and German skills in spoken and written form
- Very independent and structured working style with the understanding of continuously improving oneself and the processes
- High degree of initiative, flexibility, and quick comprehension
- You are characterized by a solution-oriented working style and find practical ways even in complex situations
