We are looking for an
Operations Manager 84% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You take over the management of the operation according to business management principles, ensure sustainable success and bring in innovative ideas
- With commitment, you lead, recruit, train and develop your team and strengthen a motivating and positive work culture
- You are responsible for administrative tasks such as accounting, budget control and personnel administration – you keep the operation on a successful organizational course
- You actively pitch in at the operation and use your energy and ideas to continuously develop the business activities
- You maintain contact with customers, guests, suppliers and other interfaces, build trusting partnerships and strengthen the operation sustainably
- Whether internal or external events – you organize and lead them, create special experiences and ensure unforgettable moments
- Working hours: Monday - Friday
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a cook EFZ, ideally combined with a G2 Operations Manager certificate
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role in a small or medium-sized gastronomy operation, in which you have already gained 5 years of leadership experience
- As a host personality, you score with high social competence, a winning appearance as well as an organized and solution-oriented working style
- You are IT-savvy and have solid knowledge in calculation and inventory management systems
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of French and English are required
- You have an impeccable reputation
