Your Tasks
- Management and further development of the Occupational Safety and Health Commission (ASGS)
- Implementation and coordination of tasks in the area of ASGS and fire protection
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for ASGS and fire protection
- Conducting risk assessments, internal audits, and training for all professional groups
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of measures to prevent occupational accidents and health damage
- Fire protection responsibility: fire prevention, control of escape and rescue routes
- Coordination with authorities, fire departments, insurers, and internal specialist departments, including preparation and support of external inspections
- Participation in annual goals, reporting, and controlling in the ASGS area
- Development and updating of concepts, work instructions, and process descriptions
- Contact person for advice and support for all employees
Your Profile
- Higher education in healthcare, facility management/building technology, or occupational safety/fire protection, with several years of experience in safety, health protection, or technical infrastructure, ideally in healthcare
- Sound knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and regulations
- Further training in safety management, crisis/emergency management, project/process management is advantageous
- Personally, you convince with strong communication skills, consulting competence, and assertiveness, work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, and bring team spirit, resilience, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
