We are looking for our future Business Controlling Team Leader on a permanent contract (80-100%) to strengthen our Machine Business Unit at the Mex site (Vaud).
What awaits you:
- Manage a team of 2 Business Controllers: you support their development, coordinate their activities, and foster a collaborative dynamic.
- Oversee investment monitoring: you are responsible for the validation process, reporting, and tracking of projects related to Facility Management and site investments.
- Analyze the impact of Free Delivery and non-quality: you identify improvement levers and propose concrete actions to optimize performance.
- Contribute to Group reporting: monthly closings, projections, budgets... you ensure deadlines are met and data reliability.
- Produce ad hoc and recurring analyses to support internal clients in their decisions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and our continuous improvement approach.
What we are looking for:
What we value in a Business Controlling Team Leader:
- A higher education degree in economics or finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in an international environment, ideally industrial.
- Managerial experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent mastery of Excel, BI/Tableau tools, and the controlling module of an ERP. SAP would be an asset.
- A good level of English.
