- Create and manage transport and logistics orders daily.
- Ensure accurate filing of all relevant delivery documents.
- Handle customer complaints and administrative tasks efficiently.
Skills
- Vocational training in commerce or logistics is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
- Strong German language skills; French is a plus.

- Creating and recording transport and logistics orders
- Responsible for the correct filing of all relevant delivery documents
- Checking delivery orders for billing
- Preparing monthly invoices
- Maintaining master data
- Administrative processing of customer complaints and damage cases via tool
- Responsible for the telephone switchboard
- General administrative tasks and interface for internal and external communication (short correspondence, customer inquiries, etc.)
- Basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ or logistics assistant (SSC certificate) or equivalent training
- Good PC user skills, experienced handling of order entry system and Microsoft Office
- Good German skills in spoken and written, French is an advantage
- Experience in the transport industry is an advantage
