About the job
The boarding school of the Nathalie Foundation supports children and adolescents on the autism spectrum as well as those with other complex developmental disorders in their personal, social, and developmental growth. The boarding school provides year-round residential places and offers an individually tailored support and care program.
We are looking for someone starting June 26 or by arrangement
Your tasks:
Planning, coordinating, and supervising trainees in the boarding school. This includes:
• Implementation of educational regulations and compliance with training guidelines
• Development of individual curricula based on the training concept
• Supporting teams in the practical supervision of trainees
• Taking on the role of professional and practical trainer
• Accompanying trainees in daily life, conducting training discussions
• Organizing and conducting learning days in collaboration with the educational management

In your backpack we find:
• A completed education in social pedagogy HF/FH or a comparable qualification
• SVEB trainer certification
• The ability to recognize and individually promote the resources of trainees
• Several years of professional experience in the social or curative education field and in supervising trainees
• Good networking with vocational schools, associations, and other organizations is an advantage
• Admission as an examination expert is an advantage
• Fluent oral and written expression in German
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various teams
• An independent and flexible personality with a lot of humor, empathy, and great team spirit
