You combine culinary expertise with leadership strength and create a professional environment for guests, employees, and trainees.

- Overall responsibility for the organization and management of the kitchen team
- Planning and implementation of a high-quality catering offer with a focus on classic French and/or Swiss cuisine
- Design of a varied, nutrition-conscious menu offering in the context of communal catering
- Cost-conscious purchasing of food as well as responsibility for storage and processing
- Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with all food law requirements
- Leadership, training, and promotion of culinary apprentices including deployment planning, performance evaluation, and recruitment
- Budget responsibility as well as administrative tasks such as menu planning, ordering, and cost control
More about you
- Completed chef training or certified kitchen chef with advanced professional examination as well as a strong passion for gastronomy and modern corporate catering
- Several years of experience in a leadership role as a kitchen chef with high organizational skills, team spirit, and joy in leading, training, and developing apprentices
- Structured, responsible, and reliable working style as well as resilience and solution-oriented action even in demanding situations
- Strong quality and cost awareness combined with creativity as well as a sense for trends, regionality, and sustainability
- Experience in communal catering is an advantage; a background in the restaurant or hotel sector is a valuable addition
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage, as well as confident handling of MS Office / O365
