Data Management and Analytics Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an innovative personality for the location Aarau or Bremgarten immediately or by arrangement as a Data Management and Analytics Specialist.

• You develop a company-wide data strategy and implement it
• You act as the main contact person for all overarching data-related topics in our company and actively promote a data-driven culture as well as the further development of data competence
• You are responsible for establishing and maintaining policies and processes for data governance, develop roles for data maintenance and data quality, and document data sources, data flows, strategy, processes, and standards in an understandable and actionable form
• You integrate the data architecture into the existing enterprise architecture and define standards and best practices for data management in the context of enterprise architecture 
• You are responsible for the further development of the reporting landscape with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, ensure uniform reporting by building and maintaining semantic models, and support our departments in creating reports and dashboards

• Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF) in the field of Data Science, Statistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proven experience with end-to-end data architectures (design, build, operation, governance) across multiple systems and departments
• Deep expertise in BI architectures (Power BI and Fabrics), including complex data modeling, performance optimization, deployment strategies
• Experience in defining and implementing data governance and data quality concepts and the ability to adapt these to SME level
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey and present complex topics clearly
• High initiative and willingness to innovate
