Team Leader Machining / CNC Manufacturing (m/f/d)

For the technical and organizational development of our manufacturing areas, we are looking for an innovative, solution-oriented, and inspiring leadership personality.

Your Contribution

• Overall responsibility for two teams (20 employees) including budget responsibility
• Building, establishing, and promoting an agile and constructive team culture
• Personnel as well as operational leadership responsibility (qualification, promotion, development)
• Responsibility for smooth production processes while adhering to safety, quality, deadlines, and costs
• Sustainable increase of value creation and targeted optimization of manufacturing costs in cooperation with process technology/planning
• Introduction of new technologies, processes, systems, and automation
• Leadership and promotion of continuous improvement processes (CIP) in the specialist areas

Your Skills and Talents

• Completed technical-mechanical basic training with further education in production technology or business administration (FH/HF)
• Several years of leadership experience in mechanical manufacturing
• Solid knowledge in CAM programming (SolidCAM advantageous)
• Experience in planning, control, and work preparation
• Experience in lean management, quality, and change management
• Confident handling of MS Office applications; ERP knowledge (SAP advantageous)
• Strong leadership skills: motivator and team coach with high assertiveness and clear focus on development
