Ärztezentren Deutschschweiz AG is a dynamic company with an innovative model in healthcare. We take over and manage medical practices in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and ensure sustainable succession planning. Our group currently includes 18 medical centers in eight German-speaking Swiss cantons.

To strengthen the CEO Corporate Center in the holding company, we are looking for a Chief of Staff (100%, m/f/d) immediately or by agreement.

In this strategically and operationally central role, you relieve the CEO and are responsible for five employees in the areas of practice operations, strategy process, and IT. You lead cross-departmental projects and ensure the preparation of decision-ready documents for the executive management and the board of directors. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to the further development of our company in healthcare.

Your profile

University degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent practical experience with appropriate further training

4–7 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable environment in the healthcare industry

Hands-on mentality, responsible and implementation-strong personality

Proven experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder management

Confident handling of numbers as well as IT, process, and digitization topics

Convincing social skills, reliable and precise communication as well as high discretion and integrity
