Deputy Branch Manager / Deputy Market Manager 80 - 100% 

Starting from 01.10.2025

Your Tasks

• You support the branch management in implementing the corporate strategy as well as achieving budget and cost targets
• You ensure an attractive product presentation, optimal processes, and a positive shopping experience
• You are jointly responsible for leading and further developing the team
• You impress our customers with your expertise and personal commitment
• You ensure that daily processes run smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are maintained
• You monitor stock levels and ensure that there is always enough merchandise available

Your Profile

• You ideally have completed training in retail with a focus on food
• Experience in leading employees and further developing teams is desirable
• You understand economic relationships and act entrepreneurially
• You love direct customer contact and sell with enthusiasm
• Even in high-frequency situations, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview
• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP R/3
