Field of activity
Support the implementation of projects of the research and development program of the Evaluation&Training Research Unit (EVAFOR) in the field of learning assessment.
Take responsibility for a research and development project in the field of learning assessment.
Contribute to the development of the research and development sector by actively participating in the organization of knowledge transfer and dissemination activities
Occasionally participate in initial and continuing teacher training
Requirements
Master's degree in Educational Sciences (or equivalent training)
Interest in the professional development of teachers and the field of learning assessment
Experience in primary education and/or teacher training
Experience in the research and development sector
Mastery of research methods (qualitative and/or quantitative)
Proficiency in common computer tools (e.g., Word, Excel…) ; proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Maxqda, NVivo, SPSS, etc.)
Autonomy, ability and motivation to actively engage in research and development activities
Initiative, collaborative skills and sense of responsibility
Excellent knowledge of French
Good command of English and/or German
Language requirements
French
with good knowledge of the other language
