What you will do with us
- Responsibility for MDM-relevant activities during the ERP transformation phases with a focus on material and business partner master data
- Coordination of data cleansing, harmonization, and migration activities across all business areas of Lindt Switzerland
- Responsible for data validation and error handling during migration and cut-over
- Advising parallel strategic initiatives on all MDM-relevant matters
- Development of a local MDM governance structure during the transformation as well as for stable operations
- Representation of Lindt Switzerland in global MDM working groups
- Local system responsibility for the new Informatica MDM solution, including process design for user access management, role definition, user training, and system support
- Responsible for local change request management within own area of responsibility
- Support in defining the test scope and active participation in user acceptance tests
- Formulation of business objectives for the area of responsibility during the design phase in coordination with process owners and solution owners
- Conducting change impact assessments for MDM-driven changes in business processes and close collaboration with the change manager to prepare stakeholders
When you fit with us
- Completed studies (university/ETH, university of applied sciences or higher technical school) in data/computer science or in the field of engineering or computer science
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the FMCG industry or similar industries
- Experienced SAP user with good technical understanding of the relevant master data for the affected modules
- Solid experience in master data management in organizational and operational processes
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams as well as successful project management
- Experience in ERP implementations or other digital transformation projects is an advantage
- Good English skills, both spoken and written
- Strong team orientation combined with an analytical mindset
