Your missions
As a Mandate Manager, you are the privileged contact person for our clients and guarantee the quality of Facility Management services. You manage and coordinate the operational, financial, and contractual activities related to your portfolio of mandates.
Your main responsibilities:

- Ensure the overall management of FM mandates (hard & soft services) while respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
- Be the central point of contact with clients, maintain a relationship of trust, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate service providers and operational teams on site.
- Monitor budgetary aspects, analyze financial results, and propose optimization measures.
- Lead continuous improvement and sustainable development projects within your mandates.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety requirements.
Your profile
- Higher education in a technical field, Facility Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in managing FM mandates or contracts.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office, FM management software).
- Fluency in French (spoken and written), German or English is an asset.
